Creme caramel is a classic french desert.It is quite posh and it is sure to impress your guests served as a desert  after a dinner.It is also quite easy to make and can easily be made at home.To make it you will need the following ingredients for six portions in ramekins.

Ingredients
For the Creme
-500ml whole milk
-1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract
-100g caster sugar
-2 eggs and four egg yolks

For the Caramel
-120g of caster sugar
-2 tablespoons of water
